UTM career path 2008

I attended a career path event in UTM last month together with 20 other students. About 49 companies had their exhibition for students, both for industrial trainings and we can ask all we want. Some of the companies are Lafarge cement, Nestle, Samsung, Titan Chemicals, Technip, MMI precision manufacturing, Lions Group, NEC, ON semiconductor and so forth..It is actually for third and fourth year students as its time for them to prepare for their industrial training but for me, it wasn't a waste too as I get to see UTM as well as getting know a little bit about these big companies and the criterias they are looking for. Anyway, we were there for half a day and i think its sufficient if you really go booth to booth but no, i didn't go to that extend. Besides, we also attended the talk "Route to be a professional engineer". It is my second time in the talk..so nothing new for me..

It was great to step into UTM..my first time and they have a very huge area, with big buildings and lakes and nice landscapes. Theres so much more..and i just saw part of it.. The funniest part about UTM is their road..funny names..

Alright, guess that's about it.. Didn't snap many pictures there...I wish to go UTM again.. hehe. Though it is in Skudai, about an hour plus away from Batu Pahat, but then...its environment makes me feel quite comfortable.. Maybe its because of the landscape. =)
